COMMUNICATION AND ACCESSIBILITY
All the bauxite mining locations are connected and accessible with the major state highways within 8 to 10 KM distance. Through all-weather motorable road, round the year.
A broad gauge railway line, connecting Okha port and Jamnagar, passes within 20 – 25 KM from this area.
All the locations are approximately 100 KM away from both regular bauxite exporting port – Okha and Porbandar respectively. Bauxite cargo is moved by trucks / dumpers.
